How does the 3-day trial work?
Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial with full access to that plan's features. Create your account, explore everything, and subscribe inside the app if it earns its keep.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The trial starts without a credit card. You only add payment details when you choose to subscribe.
Is VAT included in the prices?
No — prices are shown per user per month and exclude VAT. UAE VAT of 5% is added at billing.
What do I save with annual billing?
Annual billing is pay 10 months, get 12 — two months free. Starter AED 990, Pro AED 1,490, Business AED 1,990 per user per year, + 5% VAT.
Is the data official?
Yes. Transaction data is sourced from the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC) — the official registry of recorded sales. Comparables are registry-grade: your asking value against recorded sold transactions.
Which markets are covered?
Abu Dhabi is live today, on official ADREC data. Dubai is next, with Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Ireland, the UK and France on the schedule — Business subscribers get early access as each market opens.
How do team seats work?
Every plan is priced per user. The Business plan adds a team workspace — a firm roster, shared brand for exports, and team usage analytics.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, billed securely inside the app in AED.
Can I cancel? Do you refund?
Cancel anytime from your dashboard; access continues to the end of the paid period. Partial periods aren't refunded except where required by law.
