Knownable is a subscription-based sales intelligence platform for real estate professionals. We provide market insights, AI-powered pitch tools, follow-up generators, educational content, and knowledge management tools.
Knownable offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. You may cancel at any time through your billing portal.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not share account credentials, resell access, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, or use automated tools to scrape content.
Market data, area insights, and project information are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial or investment advice. Knownable makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee data completeness or timeliness.
Outputs from Knownable's AI tools are generated to assist real estate professionals and should be reviewed before use. AI outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate and should not replace professional judgement.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Knownable shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
