What the August 2026 records show
Knownable's archived sample contains 2,274 recorded sales across 56 districts for August 2026. The median recorded rate was approximately AED 1,837 per built-up square foot. These are observations from our ADREC-derived dataset, not asking prices or a valuation of a particular home.

Activity and price movement answer different questions
Recorded sales changed +18.4% against the previous month and +1.2% against the same month a year earlier. The median rate changed +8.8% and +12.1%, respectively. A change in the median can reflect a different mix of properties selling. It does not establish that every existing property gained or lost that amount.
