Bloom Living Alhambra is pitched as the community's social heart. That can be appealing to someone who wants homes, everyday services and shared spaces within walking distance. It also creates questions about activity, privacy and the exact position of a particular home.

The breadth of the offer
Bloom's Alhambra page lists studios, one to three bedroom apartments, three bedroom townhouses and four bedroom penthouses. That range means the project name alone tells little about the space a buyer would get. A ground level townhouse and a compact apartment answer different household needs. Inspect the exact plan, outdoor space and location before deciding which type deserves attention.
The launch announcement describes Souk Alhambra and surrounding retail and social uses as part of the planned centre. Proximity to these services may be convenient, but some households will prefer distance from a busier plaza. A unit's building and orientation matter more than a generic promise of walkability.
What is established and what is not?
Bloom says residents already live in earlier Cordoba and Toledo phases. That is evidence of occupancy elsewhere in Bloom Living, not completion of Alhambra. The checked launch material did not establish a phase specific Alhambra handover. Ask Bloom for a current delivery document if timing is important.
The reason to research Alhambra now is to match a live unit offering against the developer's original phase description. It is not proof that buying immediately is better than waiting. The Alhambra project guide has more background; the particular home still needs its own verification.
