OIA’s project page headline, checked 15 October 2026. The narrative separately quotes an AED 1.7 million starting figure. The page does not reconcile the two figures. No unit number, price list date or current availability is verified; request a dated unit quotation.
Payment plan note
Broker schedule: 5% on booking, 35% during construction, 40% on handover and 20% after handover. Checked 15 October 2026. The page’s simplified plan label does not describe all of these milestones. A current developer offer and dated instalment calendar have not been verified.
Handover note
The construction page still states a Q2 2026 handover target; the 2023 launch had said Q1 2026. Both dates have passed. The inspected official sources do not establish a revised date or confirm that handover has begun.
Developer construction update
The official construction page reports over 94% progress. Its measurement date is not established by the page text. This is developer reporting, not an independent inspection or proof of unit handover.
