Aldar identifies Sei Saadiyat as a Saadiyat Cultural District development comprising six residential towers and 778 homes. The project combines different apartment and loft formats rather than one standard floor plan. Its official description names Jacobs for architecture and Kettle Collective for interiors.

Sei’s mixed layouts make plan level comparison more useful than a single project price per bedroom. Check whether the published area represents the same measurement basis across a loft and an apartment. Also consider where shared facilities sit relative to the selected tower and floor. A new release may have limited resale evidence, so asking prices should not be presented as achieved values. The relevant performance sample must identify the project and unit category, state its time period and acknowledge when the available record is too small.
