Modon's Wadeem Gardens page lists four, five and six bedroom built villas and a Q2 2031 expected handover. A separate 2025 Wadeem release offered plots on which buyers could design and build. That historical plots product should not shape assumptions about the current villas' inventory, completion or construction responsibility.
